Approximate Size:  24" x 3" double channeled, attaches with Velcro.

How to Wear:  Around chin to top of head / Around head to back of neck / Around top of forehead.

Materials: Sturdy cotton fabric on one side with soft fleece on the other. Filled with rice and flaxseed Unscented or Lavender available using drop down menu.

Directions:  Warm in the Microwave for relaxing moist heat or chill in the freezer for mild, soothing cool.  Detailed directions on packaging.

Packaging: Professionally packaged in clear cello bags and labeled with product information.

Construction: Handmade in USA by our small family owned business. Double stitched for durability.

Cleaning:  Use a very damp cloth to spot clean the outside.  Spray laundry cleaners are fine but do not submerge in water.  Packs automatically sanitized each time they are microwaved.

Scents:  We use real lavender and chamomile buds and essential oils (no chemical perfumes).  Unscented may smell slightly of the rice/flax filling.
